Sometimes, people need a little personalised support. Coaching is a series of confidential conversations between a person and their coach where they seek to address any area of their management or leadership style where the person would like to see change or improvement.
It works by the coach helping the person to think through any challenges, supporting them to find a solution and encouraging accountability for taking action. It is highly effective because the solution comes from the person, and not someone else. It is highly personalised and context specific.
We use psychometrics such as Hogan, Human Synergistics, Insights Discovery and MBTI to support the coaching, and we can run 360-degree feedback processes too.
