I am a business psychologist, coach and facilitator. I started my career as an accountant and worked for 12 years as a finance manager and business analyst in large corporates such as Tesco and Lloyds Bank culminating in a Head of Finance role at Mitre. I have led teams for over 15 years and have a strong commercial and financial understanding.
Following a career change, I qualified as a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach before working freelance as a consultant. I moved in house with Ted Baker as their L&D manager before choosing to specialise in leadership development with News UK and then Endeavor.
When I founded Leaderful, I wanted to bring all my years of leadership development experience to a new audience - businesses that want to succeed, driven by strong people leaders. Leaders who are confident and capable, and lead teams who thrive because they work for a great manager. We've all had bad managers in our careers and we know how demotivating and debilitating that can be. I believe everyone deserves the best possible manager. I also believe in supporting managers and leaders at the most difficult time in their career - when they transition.
With over 10 years of experience in learning and leadership development in large corporates I understand both sides of consulting and the corporate world and the pressures people work under within businesses.
I am a father of two young children and live in Buckinghamshire with my family.
